Draw Nearer
A new study group has been formed – The Draw Nearer Group
As a group, wanting to learn more during Lent this year, we came together to study –
Draw Near – Life-Giving Habits for Lent
Lead by Rev. Steve Medley, we have studied, on Monday nights, this topic over the last five weeks.
During our last evening together, it was expressed a desire to stay together and to continue studying. So, it was proposed that we would meet, twice a month on the second and forth Monday nights, to study all the special Christian events during the year and at other times we will be studying various books of the Bible.
Lead by Steve, our first meeting will be on 13th April at St. Wilfrid’s Church Barn at 7p.m. and our first topic for study will be Easter.
We will alternate venues between St. Wilfrid’s Church Barn (the second Monday) and St. Laurence’s Church Annexe (the fourth Monday) of each month.
We would love it for others to join us so, please just turn up.
