The Draw Nearer Group will be meeting next on the 13th July at St. Wilfrid’s Church, Barn, at 7 for 7:30pm
As we competed our study into Understanding Easter during our last meeting on the 22nd June, we talked about what we would like to look at next.
The following list of ideas came up –
- The Trinity
- Everyday Faith
- Prayer
- Pilgrimage
- Bishop Sophies Lent
- Ascension
- Pentecost
There is also a suggestion that occasionally, we have a Songs of Praise evening where members of the group suggest hymns to sing. Hymns that have a special meaning to then and they tell us why.
