We have had some wonderful news this week. Following the theft of our collection and the harvest donations after the service on the 9th, we were very low. We were told by a Lay Reader who has been helping us that God would help us through this and would bless us.
We had no idea how.
This week we learnt that one of the Nursery Hill School children from Year 3 had heard of the theft and had asked if they could have a non-uniform day to raise money for the Church. We have had a message from the head teacher that they have raised £70. We are so very grateful to the children and their parents for this generosity. God has supported us through this, and we are very thankful to both God and to the children.
